Q: Do you provide packages for East York, Toronto in-person sessions and online sessions?
A: Yes 3, 6-, and 9-session packages are available for both in-person and online clients. 
 

Q: Can I combine Hypnosis, Reiki and Breathwork in one session?
A: My sessions can blend Hypnosis, Reiki, and Breathwork at some stage during our time together. There will be an emphasis on the chosen modality and then a mix of the others to help calm, regulate or clear your mind, body or emotions throughout our time together.
