I often blend hypnosis, reiki, and breathwork in a way that feels natural and intuitive. They’re not separate tools in my practice, they're supportive of one another. Reiki brings balance and energetic clarity, hypnosis gently shifts the subconscious, and breathwork connects you back to your body and emotions.
Depending on where you are and what you’re carrying, whether it’s anxiety, stress, grief, burnout, self-doubt, or the weight of your emotions, I move with what your system is ready for.
These modalities help release what’s stuck, soften the nervous system, and invite a sense of ease, presence, and clarity. Every session is guided by your needs in the moment, with the intention of lasting change.
