frequently asked questions
Q: Is clinical hypnosis offered in-person and online?
A: Yes, Clinical Hypnosis sessions are available both in-person in East York, Toronto and online.
Q: How many hypnosis sessions do clients typically need?
A: Most of us may need multiple sessions to create lasting change and to feel the benefits of our healing sessions. Trying to unravel thought patterns or harmful habits that we’ve spent a lifetime building in 60 minutes is not only unrealistic but can place harmful expectations on you. Many clients see meaningful change within 3–6 sessions depending on goals; packages are recommended for deeper work and building each session on top of each other helps to ensure that new habits are integrated naturally.
Q: Will my insurance cover clinical hypnosis?
A: Coverage varies, many Canadian plans reimburse clinical hypnosis; double check with your provider and we’ll provide receipts.
Q: Are hypnosis recordings available for clients to use at home?
A: Yes, absolutely, personalized recordings are created and sent to you for daily reinforcement.
Q: Is hypnosis safe for clients with trauma histories?
A: All sessions are trauma-informed and consent-based. Informed by you and your energy, I adapt pace and technique with care. That said, sometimes major breakthroughs will happen and they may not feel nice. Change can be very difficult for some and dealing with spiritual, emotional, psychological pain can be intense.
