Usui Reiki, from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning vital life force energy is a Japanese healing practice developed in the early 20th century as a way to support the body’s natural healing and balance.
This same life force is known across cultures by other terms, such as "Chi", "Qi", "Ki" (China), "Ka" (Egypt). In West African Yoruba cosmology this energy lives in "Ase", the divine power that animates all living things, the life-force/spirit thread that connects us all.
Reiki taps into the Universal life force energy and is channeled into your body. Reiki vibrates on the energy frequency of Love and brings about harmony and balance in life.

This session combines the gentle power of Reiki with the healing power of platonic touch.
You’ll be lovingly held in a safe embrace while Reiki energy flows through your system, calming your body, softening your heart, and helping you reconnect to yourself and the frequency of love and humanity.
*This session can feel quite intense for those who have not had physical touch for a long period of time. A little discomfort may be present at the start of the session, this is perfectly normal.
In this session, you’ll receive hands-on energy healing and tap into your inner healing power. While being guided through gentle hypnosis, you meet your higher self, ask direct questions of your spiritual guides or deepen your connection with your spiritual "team".
As your body relaxes, your subconscious opens, allowing us to plant supportive suggestions and invite your higher self forward all while the soothing power of reiki restores you.
