Service Description

We’ll identify your breathing goals, then follow the natural cues from your body to get you on the path to reconnection to your breath. We will also use the breath to create safety in the body, optimize your health, and regulate thought patterns to allow you to build beneficial habits and move through energetic blockages.

Cancellation Policy

Missed appointments, late cancellations or no-shows will not be re-imbursed nor rescheduled. We understand that life happens and sessions may need to be rescheduled, please be aware that Lost and Found requires 48 hours notice for cancellations and session rescheduling.
