Why daydream?
Daydreaming helps to lighten our mood, enhance our creativity, reduces anxiety and stress and helps to problem solve, something that's really helpful if you're stuck in an anxious thought loop!
This is usually the moment where you think of all the reasons why you can’t practice daydreaming: No time, always distracted, people are always interrupting you, your mind won’t turn off, on and on and on.
Yeah, I know.
