Years after quitting smoking I found myself falling back on old habits. It went from only having a social smoke with a beer to thinking about it first thing in the morning. That’s when I contacted Crystal and asked for help. I must admit I was not a believer in hypnosis but I was willing to try anything and I am truly amazed with the results. The studio is warm and inviting. Everything that was about to go down was explained in great detail and I was made to feel at ease. Long story short it has been 8 weeks and I haven’t even craved a cigarette, even when out with friends who still like to have a cigarette. I genuinely felt safe. I am often apprehensive about trying new healing experiences due to lack of trust and how vulnerable I have to be in order to yield results. Initially, my first impression was "a breath of fresh air." The atmosphere was warm and inviting; I felt as if I were home. The introductory questions were allowed me to dive deeper into my intentions. Crystal's intuition was spot on allowing me to really trust the process and be open to receiving the guidance I needed. Overall I am grateful my first experience with hypnosis was with Crystal.
